This is one of those off tangent articles where I want to talk a little about depression instead of anime..
I know how hard it is to take that first step towards making yourself feel better. You’ve run it over so many times in your head, you are thinking about maybe trying something, but the doubts are still surfacing and instead you just stay there like a stone.
People will come by and try to get you out and about but sometimes even that is too hard when you are in a deteriorating state. So I want to offer you something that is free and easy to accept, it helped me and I’m hoping it will help you!
Take a step outside. You don’t need to make plans, you don’t need to have a reason. Just go outside and let your body absorb a little but of sunlight. It might be hard to do, but do it, spend some time out there, feel the wind and listen to the Earth. Try to do this a little bit everyday, it’s not much, but it’s one tiny step towards making yourself feel better.
